How to Split a PDF Into Separate Pages

Sometimes the fix isn't editing a PDF — it's breaking it apart. A batch-scanned stack of forms, a report where someone only needs one page, a document with sections meant for different people. Here's how to split it.
What you'll need

Open the Split PDF tool
Go to iguardpdf.com/split-pdf. No account required.
Upload your PDF
Select the file — click to browse or drag it into the upload area.
Turn on Guarded if you need to trace a leaked page (optional)
Each resulting page shares one fingerprint payload — if a single page ends up somewhere it shouldn't, it still traces back to you.
Click Split
Every page downloads as its own PDF, bundled together in one zip file — open it and you'll see the whole document, already broken apart, at full original quality.
Common mistakes to avoid
•Splitting a document to remove one or two pages — if you just want to delete a page and keep the rest as ONE file, use Remove Pages instead; splitting breaks everything apart.
•Expecting a single combined output — split always gives you individual files, one per page, not one smaller PDF.
